What is the warrenty period on all other items?
If there is a warrenty available then it should be described in the description.
Are the items shipped from UK?
Yes, 90% of our items are shipped from London, UK and some items are shipped directly from our supplier which are also based in UK.
Some Items description reads, the delivery time is 7-14 days. Why is this?
Some items are shipped straight from our suppliers which are based in countries outside UK. Therefore those items take long time to arrive and therefore those items would take longer than items that are shipped from UK. please check at the top of the item page for correct shipping time.
What happens if Item description says delivery is withing 5-7 working days or more and I choose express delivery of 2 working days?
Regardless of shipping option chosen, the item is most likely to be delivered within the specified period. We will try our best to minimise the shipping time but it is not guaranteed that you will receive the item earlier than described.
