1. Access and use of this website

Access is granted on the express condition that users do not restrict, damage, or in any way impair the website. Whilst we provide customers and account holders with the rights and licence to use and process transactions on the website, certain behaviours including unlawful acts are not permitted. The following activities are strictly forbidden: the resale or commercial use of the site, the collection of any; images, logos, prices, product descriptions or other site text or administration services in addition to any other data collection or extraction tools.

2. Your Account

Thecheaplaptops is fully committed to protecting your privacy and works in compliance with The Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. We will take all reasonable precautions in keeping your transaction and payment details secure, but will not be liable for any unauthorised access to this information. 3. Product Descriptions

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions present a fair and accurate portrayal of reality and where possible the accessories compatibility with its primary unit will be shown, using model numbers where appropriate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product supplied. If you feel any product has been misrepresented, or is not fit for its intended purpose we will, at our discretion, consider the replacement or return of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We sell both new and used items and it is always stated in the description whether the item is used or new. The used items are described in the best possible manner but sometimes due to human error you may receive an item of which damage was not described properly.

4. Pricing and Payment

Despite our best efforts to ensure products are priced correctly, some items across our range may be miss-priced at any given time. Prices quoted are only indicative and your contract with us only becomes binding once we have accepted your offer to buy at the specified price.

Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque, or Postal Order. All our Credit/Debit Card transactions are handled by Moneybookers Ltd and will appear as such on your statement.

5. Our Contract

A contract between the supplier and the customer is not established until an order has been received and accepted. The supplier withholds the right to terminate the contract at any time due to goods being miss-priced, unavailable, unpaid for or any other reasonable commercial or operational reason.

6. Risk/Title

We will not be liable for any obligations laid down by these conditions of sale if the delay or failure is beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Health and Safety

Due to the nature of our products and their end use it is very important that customers follow all directions and safety precautions recommended by the manufacturer

8. Complaints

Thecheaplaptops is committed to customer service and we are passionate that our products should meet your demands. We accept that, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong and ask that if you are not entirely satisfied that you put any complaints or suggestions in writing preferably by email to this effect within seven working days of receiving delivery. No complaints can be considered after an unreasonable length or time or if the fault has occurred due to wilful neglect or abuse.

We reserve the right to change the above conditions at anytime, sales made prior to any revision of these conditions will be subject to our terms and conditions at the time of sale.
